I am trying to install Audition 3.0 on my Windows 10 desktop.This is a new PC without much 'baggage' from old installations. When I click on Audition 3.0 Setup.exe, I get asked in what language I want, when I click 'next' I see a quick flash and then nothing.

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to place the computer in a Clean boot state and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
